Kevin is the head of the firm’s intellectual property practice group. He has two decades of experience in counseling clients in the selection, clearance, maintenance, and protection of trademarks around the world. Kevin also counsels clients regarding copyright, websites, terms of service, privacy, internet law, social media, and domain name issues.
Prior to attending law school, Kevin worked for the Division of Information Technology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In his free time, Kevin can be found camping, watching football, listening to music, or reading science fiction books.
I find out as much about their audience as possible, their budget, what they might have used in the past and then make suggestions as to what they can do to solve their marketing objectives.
