The purpose of her life is to empower others and she’s done that as a teacher, a therapist, a serial entrepreneur, a parent and as an executive/business coach.
She leads a team of executive coaches and master practitioners of project management, lean six sigma and the art of giving presentations. The company helps organizations achieve goals, increase revenues, reduce turnover, save money, exceed customer expectations, and attract talent. Individuals get promotions, reduce stress, improve self-esteem and create better work/life balance. She and her team coach, consult, facilitate and instruct in leadership, communication, culture development, project management, lean six sigma, presentation skills, customer service, job benchmarking and candidate selection.
