Before working in real estate, Mitchell ran his family's graphics and printing business, which was established by his grandfather in the Financial District in 1932. His entrepreneurial background sharpened his interpersonal skills, negotiation ability, and attention to detail. Clients appreciate Mitch's personable nature and his ability to inject humor into even the most challenging situations.
Mitchell understands the complexities of the housing market. He helps his client's find the perfect rental or purchase and has successfully navigated international and domestic relocations, and divorce and estate sales. Outside of real estate, Mitchell has a wide array of interests ranging from running, photography, scuba diving, skiing, as well as jazz. He also holds a black belt in Goju Karate and for a short period of time was an instructor. But his biggest passion is sailboat racing which he does around NYC, Long Island Sound and other local waters.
Mitchell has been married to his wife Pam for over three decades and they have a daughter who works in the fashion industry.
