A Journey is Upon Me
After much anticipation I am on the cusp of an important journey in my life. This month I travel to Guatemala, to a small village on the Atitlan Lake. It is a many-legged trip… cars, big planes, small planes, boats, hiking. All to meet and work within the healing energy of the Akashic Records. My teacher, Ernesto Ortiz, is a gifted healer and shaman that I have never met, but feel like I have. He is the teacher of my teacher, dear Claudia Rotman, a gifted Akashic Records Consultant and energy healer who first opened my Records for me and has taught me so much. A journey to Guatemala and Ernesto Ortiz.
Without question, I was guided to Claudia while I was living in China and her guidance opened my soul in a completely life transforming way. Now, I am off to Guatemala to meet her teacher, Ernesto, the next link to my spiritual evolution. I’ve heard only remarkable stories about his deep insights, healing gifts, and spiritual legacy and I finally will meet him! The Akashic Records were taught to him as a direct recipient from the Mayan tradition and I am so grateful to be learning from this direct Source.
I undertake this adventure with an open heart and mind, seeking to learn more about myself, heal, and open my heart in miraculous ways that may be totally mysterious to me. Exploring my inner world, my interaction with the immediate world around me, and the greater world… the world of awakened consciousness. The world of divinity. My ancestors, the Akashic Masters, spiritual guides… my angels. My intention is to become an open channel of healing for those I serve.
Traveling during the days of Covid is actually a bit crazy and very overwhelming as I am forced to get vaccinated and get negative test results along the way as I land in different airports. This is a trip not to get lost, rather to find. I know there is something hugely powerful waiting for me on the other end of this healing adventure, as I feel pulled to something that is bigger than me. There were moments when other people’s fears got in my way and I questioned the safety of my trip, but life is short and this truly is a monumental trip of a lifetime. Ernesto is recognized in the holistic, health and metaphysical field as an inspiring facilitator, teacher and therapist. His training began at an early age in Mexico with Curanderos and Shamans and has continued for many years with world renowned teachers in Transpersonal Psychology, Shamanism, Music Therapy, Bodywork and more. In his private practice he is approved by the state of Florida and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) as a continuing Education Provider under Category A. Ernesto utilizes numerous healing techniques such as Bodywork, CranioSacral Therapy, Karmapa Reiki, Integrative/Shamanic Techniques, Breathwork, the Akashic Records, SERT Therapy (Somato Emotional Repatterning Therapy), Music Therapy, Trance Dance and more.
In 1994 Ernesto created Journey to the Heart, a company dedicated to the upliftment of consciousness and the well-being of people by using practical tools to help integrate the physical with the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies.
Ernesto is a ceremonial pipe carrier; he received his pipe in 1996 from his spiritual grandmother Barret Eagle Bear (Lakota).
